In these group embodiment sessions with free-roaming horses, we work with the wisdom of the body.

We slow down through grounding practices, attuning to the horses’ rhythm. We observe the sensations in our bodies, attuning to our instincts.

Through somatic practices, we see patterns that live in the body, and gently practice moving beyond these learned limitations and stories. The horses are guides in showing us how to embody neutrality, groundedness, and authenticity in our outward expression of inner knowing.
