Restore trust & find your truth
Homeward guides you to recover your innate wisdom through outdoor experiences with horses.
Learn and connect with free-roaming horses. From a foundation of somatic awareness through guided exercises, you'll become more present and discover a different way of engaging with yourself and the world around you.

Somatic practices are central in these sessions, so our job is to hold space as you deepen awareness and embody the self-honoring, intuitive energy of the herd. We keep orienting inward to experience presence, reawaken the body's wisdom, and embrace authentic connection through embodiment exercises facilitated in the presence of free-roaming horses.
-
In these small group cohorts, you will learn to work with horses through the lens of trust and connection, not control, training, or complience. Different from horsemanship methods that focus primarily on the horse, we recognize that the work starts with our self-awareness so that we can enter an authentic partnership with the horse based on congruency, trust, and communication.
-
We offer private sessions for groups, couples, and individuals to explore Equine-Guided Empowerment®, a particular focus area or theme—or just request something less structured and more centered on connection time with the herd.
Private sessions can be designed around collaboration, boundaries, deep listening, presence, emotional resilience, and even letting go. Rather than simulations or role-plays, you are invited into real-time interactions.
If you are looking for ongoing somatic coaching and practice, or would like to have weekly connection and learning time with the herd, we can tailor a specific program to support your aim. All coaching work is rooted in body-based practices and consent and is carried out to varying levels, depending on your interest and experience, with the herd.
-
Open to people who have already worked with the horses here, these reserved slots offer simple, unstructured time in the field—to be with the herd again, notice what arises, and quietly revisit the practices you’ve begun.
